Weirdness
So a lot of weird things have been happening lately. But the weirdest development of all is this: I received an Evite to an event where I do not know the host, nor do I know anyone else who was invited. I have zero idea how I ended up on the invitation list. Random things happen to me all the time, but this development takes the cake.
What should I do?

Especially if it's Prenston Gale. I wish I knew who the frak that rat bastard is.
Oh, you can also ask to be removed from the guest list somewhere on evite.
email the host and ask 'um, do I know you'?
I once got an evite from a name I didn't recognize, it ended up being a person who was a member of a club I was in.
Mystery solved! This is why I never delete emails. Turns out it is from a woman who emailed me almost a year ago regarding a progressive women's leadership and networking org that I am no longer really active in. Of course, it's still pretty random. I don't think I've ever met her in real life.
I'm glad you figured it out... I've actually gone to a couple of random, "I swear I don't know the host or anyone on the guestlist" parties. It's quite liberating - no expectations and you can leave when you want.
I say scope out the guy to girl ratio on the evite and if its favorable...go for it :)
